This pouch looks to be a typical bag that one might hang on his belt. It is made from a fine leather and often has some design on the flap.

20:	The fabric which lines the inside is a silk made from the phase spider's web. Phase spider's web is often used in bags of holding or portable holes.
25:	This pouch was made to reduce the weight of items carried without occurring the normal risk associate with bags of holding.

Powers
	This pouch can hold about 1 cubic foot of material, or about 30 lbs of material. However, when the items are placed inside, the effective weight of those items is reduced by 50% for the purpose of encumbrance. The bag does not allow more material to be placed in the bag than the bag could hold by weight or size, it just makes the weight less imposing on the body. There is no transdimensional spaces used, so the normal issues around ripping the bag are avoided. If the bag is ripped, the items just fall to the ground as normal
